Assistant Registrar (Higher Ed)

POSITION SUMMARY

The primary function of the Registrar’s office is where students get information about their enrollment, their academic records, and their class schedules. The Assistant Registrar is a supportive role to ensure the integrity of official academic records, transcripts as well as assistance with grades, enrollment/degree verifications, registration and course schedules while ensuring compliance with College policies and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). This role also works with the Registrar and others to ensure academic policies and procedures are enforced and proper records are maintained as well as assists with student academic advising and graduation planning.
